Responsibilities
As a Social Media Management Intern, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence. Your key tasks will include:
1. Content Management :
– Sort and organize content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
– Schedule and post content after receiving necessary approvals from the leadership team.
2. Social Media Analytics :
– Track and analyze social media metrics such as growth, impressions, reach, engagement, and follower demographics.
– Prepare timely and detailed reports for the leadership team to evaluate performance.
3. Content Ideation :
– Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns and posts.
– Stay updated on social media trends and suggest innovative ways to engage our audience.
4. Community Engagement :
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
– Foster positive interactions with our audience to build brand loyalty.
5. Support Marketing Efforts :
– Assist in the execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
– Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
1. Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Skills :
– Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
– Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.
3. Attributes :

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of PPC strategies, and a proven track record of driving high ROI for clients.
Key Responsibilities
– Plan, create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize performance.
– Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance to ensure cost-effective spending.
– Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
– Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
– Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid strategies with SEO, content, and social media efforts.
– Troubleshoot tracking issues (Google Analytics, Pixel, UTM parameters) and ensure accurate data reporting.
– Manage client communication regarding campaign performance, optimizations, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
– Experience: 2+ years in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad tracking tools.
– Analytical Mindset: Strong data interpretation skills to optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
– Creativity: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement.
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for client reporting and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with programmatic advertising or DSPs (Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk).
