Terms of Service

Welcome to the Terms of Service of Internet IQ Consulting! These terms and conditions govern the use of our website development and content services. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

We offer a range of additional services, including email addresses, products, and educational websites, which are subject to specific fees and conditions. Our content revisions policy outlines the process for updates and special requests. Our payment terms include a 20-50-30 basis, and payments can be made through various methods. We also have policies regarding ownership and copyright, warranty and liability, termination, and dispute resolution. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

Additional Services:

Additional email addresses can be purchased for INR 50 per ID.
Additional products can be added for INR 50 per product.
Educational websites will be charged INR 50 per user per month after the free threshold.

Content Revisions:

If our team’s content is rejected, updates will only be made once per page when the client provides the content to be replaced.
Special tools or functions requests will be entertained only if the client agrees to additional charges based on the cost and manpower required to implement those features.

Payment Terms:

Payment will be on a 20-50-30 basis, with 20% due at the time of order, 50% at the start of construction, and 30% at the time of delivery.
Payment can be made using UPI, bank transfer or bank cheque. Internet IQ Consulting will not accept cash.
If payment is not made by the due date, 20% of the bill amount will be charged as late payment for the first 14 days, and INR 10 per day will be charged thereafter.

Ownership and Copyright:

All non-sensitive content, including images, articles, and code, will be the property of Internet IQ Consulting and can be duplicated and reused for other clients. Any sensitive data such as company internal information, copyrighted content, or other proprietary information will be stored only after written approval from the client and will be removed 15 days after it serves its purpose. Email IDs created by Internet IQ will be stored for 30 days plus the opted hosting duration.

Warranty and Liability:

Internet IQ Consulting does not offer any warranty on any product and will not be liable for any loss of business due to complete or partial failure of the website after it has been delivered. Although support will be provided to eliminate any bugs or defects as per the business contract and out of contract in some special circumstances.

Termination:

The contract will be null or void if the client is not contactable or refuses to take action on our call to action request for seven consecutive days.
The contract will be cancelled if the client is unable to make payment as per the payment policy.
The contract will be cancelled if the client rejects the content and is unable to share the crucial content required to develop the website for fourteen consecutive days.
In case of contract termination, the website will be removed from the internet, and any copyrighted content shared by the client will be destroyed.
Refunds in case of termination will be offered as per the customer retention team’s discretion.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute with the website can be raised within seven days of delivery and must not be related to a general dislike of the content.
Disputes with the website will be handled by our customer retention department, and a final resolution will be provided based on their findings and observations.
